Liminal City
A Twilight Zone Realm of Endless Rooms. Only one door may be exited through at any time. All Dreams, Memories, History, Future, and Infinite Stories exist. The Liminal Guild controls, monitors, and studies all access into and out of the Liminal City. Liminal Cartographers explore the depths of the Liminal City to better map and understand its directions. Liminal Guides can be hired to lead parties through the Realm. Most often a Guide and a party of Adventurers are hired by a Merchant to deliver and protect shipments throughout Rearth Vega.
Access to the Liminal City is gained with Liminal Chalk. A guide can draw a door with this chalk of supernatural material and it will open a passage into a room within the Liminal City. It is extremely dangerous to access the Liminal City without a Guide. The Warden will roll on potential outcomes for any Guide-less Adventurer within the Liminal City. The Guild runs independent of local politics in all regions but works closely with Adventuring Guilds to guard shipments. Only those Blessed as Adventurers are allowed by the Guild through the Liminal City.
Time is warped in the Liminal City but as long as a Liminal Guide is with the Adventurers time should continue the same. Any location through Vega can be reached through the Liminal City but Guides will know set paths that should take any Adventurers to a Guild Hall closest to their destination.
