6.2 Shops and Items

Shops

Shopkeepers and Merchants will have a solid selection of all basic items unless under unique circumstances. The Guilds enable widespread trade throughout the continent which allows a steady stock of supplies. Even with a selection of items, there is no guarantee on the amount of each item available.

Items

Equipment and Items should be kept track of by the Players. Inventory management is up to the Players and can be flavored how they wish. Players who enjoy minutia can add training in Item Mastery for more Item Slots or play a Character like a Chef or Merchant who focuses on Item collection and management.

Carrying Capacity Expect normal carrying capacity to be around 20kg

Basic Items

Staple Items available at most Shops or Merchant Outposts. Usable by anyone.

Basic Consumable Items

Items that are One Time Use and will be consumed from the Adventurer’s Inventory when used.

Ability Items Each Item is 1action to use for 1 Hour of effect granting an Ability to the user.

Items of Unique Power

These are Items that are not readily stocked or commonly available from Merchants. Certain Merchants may be able to offer a selection but their price will reflect their rarity.
